This case was stricken from the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On August 15, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report, requesting additional time to file further reports or submit stipulated decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 17, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.

The parties are advised that if they are unable to reach a basis of settlement by this deadline or demonstrate additional progress toward resolution of this case without trial, this case will be set for trial at an upcoming trial proceeding of the Court.
