Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 636, the Court has reviewed the Complaint and all other papers in this case, including the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that (1) the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge is accepted, (2) Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment is denied, and (3) the decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration is affirmed.
