We REINSTATE this appeal.
We abated this appeal pending resolution of appellants' petition for writ of mandamus by the Texas Supreme Court concerning our jurisdiction over the appeal. The Supreme Court has denied the petition after concluding that we have jurisdiction over the appeal. See In re Urban 8 LLC, No. 22-1175, 2024 WL 2096560, at *1 (Tex. May 10, 2024) (per curiam).
Appellants' brief on the merits is due July 15, 2024.
