Supreme Court — Dismissal — No debatable constitutional question involved — Labor unions — Action against unincorporated unions and members — To enjoin unlawful picketing — Service on international representative of one union — And on officer of the other — Injunction granted — Union and members cited for contempt for disobedience of injunction — Finding of guilty — Claim that, in such case, unions not suable entities — And that officers served not authorized to accept service — Counterclaim that such contentions not raised in trial court.

APPEAL from the Court of Appeals for Montgomery county.
