ON CONFESSION OF ERROR


Upon Appellees' proper confession of error, the trial court's orders compelling appraisal before conducting an evidentiary hearing and denying reconsideration are reversed. See Citizens Prop. Ins. Corp. v. Maytin, 51 So.3d 591, 591 (Fla. 3d DCA 2010); Citizens Prop. Ins. Corp. v. Galena Villas Condo. Ass'n, Inc., 48 So.3d 188, 191 (Fla. 3d DCA 2010). This case is remanded for further proceedings.
