COURT PROBATION
The defendant is hereby sentenced to Court probation for a term of 1 year .
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SUPERVISION
1. The defendant shall complete forty (40) hours of community service, to be completed at: Sacramento Loaves & Fishes, 1321 North C Street, Sacramento, CA 95811.
2. The defendant shall provide proof of completion of community service to the United States Attorney's Office.
3. The defendant shall pay a special assessment of $10.00.
4. The defendant shall not operate a vehicle without a valid driver's license.
5. The defendant shall continue making monthly payments towards fines owed in connection with traffic violations until paid in full, and in the following amounts:
$20/month to GC Collections,
$40/month to San Bernardino County,
$50/month to Sacramento County.
6. The defendant shall not commit another federal, state, or local crime.
7. The defendant shall notify the United States Attorney's Office within seventy-two hours of being arrested.
8. The defendant shall notify the United States Attorney's Office ten days prior to any change in residence.

The defendant must pay the total criminal monetary penalties under the Schedule of Payments on Sheet 6.
