ORDER RESCHEDULING DETENTION HEARING TO THURSDAY,

MARCH 7, AT 1:30 P.M.

A detention hearing is scheduled in this case for tomorrow, March 6, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. Given the significant snow that is predicted for tomorrow, the Court, in an abundance of caution, finds good cause exists to move the detention hearing 24 hours to Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Accordingly, the detention hearing is so moved. IT IS SO ORDERED.
