DECISION AND ENTRY JOURNALIZING RESULTS OF IN-COURT
PROCEEDINGS OF OCTOBER 31 AND NOVEMBER 4, 2013; DEFENDANT
ORALLY EXPLAINED HIS RIGHT OF APPEAL ON BOTH OCCASIONS
On October 31, 2013, the Defendant appeared in open Court as a result of the filing of a Petition ordering him to show cause why his bond, set and met on October 17, 2003, should not be revoked. Pursuant to the record made in open Court on the aforesaid October 31, 2013, the Defendant's bond was revoked and he was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshals, to be held pending an in-court hearing scheduled for Monday, November 4, 2013.
Following the proceedings outlined above, the Defendant was orally explained his right of appeal, and he indicated an understanding of same.
On November 4, 2013, the Defendant again appeared in open Court, for a hearing to determine whether the bond revocation ordered by the Court on October 31, 2013, should be made permanent. Pursuant to the record made in open Court on the aforesaid November 4, 2013, the Defendant was ordered released on bond, once again, pursuant to the same conditions previously imposed and certain additional conditions set forth in this Court's records and in the Entry signed by this Court on November 5, 2013.
At the conclusion of the proceedings in open Court on November 4, 2013, the Defendant was, once again, orally explained his right of appeal, and he indicated an understanding of same.
