COUNSEL TO WITHDRAW AS ATTORNEY OF RECORD (DOC. #44);

ATTORNEY LAWRENCE GREGER TO REMAIN AS COUNSEL OF

RECORD UNTIL COMPLETION OF CONDITIONS SUBSEQUENT

Pursuant to the record made on May 5, 2014, both in this Court's conference room and in open Court, the Motion of Defendant's counsel, Lawrence J. Greger, seeking an order of the Court allowing him to withdraw as attorney of record (Doc. #44), is sustained. Attorney Greger is hereby relieved of all further duties as counsel in the captioned cause, save and excepting the continuing duty to cooperate with successor counsel, once said successor counsel enters an appearance on the record as the newly appointed counsel for the Defendant.
