ORDER

J. RANDAL HALL, CHIEF JUDGE, UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA

After a careful, de novo review of the record, the Court concurs with the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation, to which objections have been filed. (Doc. nos. 53, 54.) Accordingly, the Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge as its opinion and DENIES Defendant's motion to dismiss the indictment and declare 18 U.S.C. § 922(n) as unconstitutional. (Doc. no. 26.)
