UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. GERARD LATHON SMITH (01)

CAROL B. WHITEHURST, MAGISTRATE JUDGE

JUDGMENT

JAMES D. CAIN, JR., UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

This matter was referred to United States Magistrate Judge Carol B. Whitehurst for report and recommendation. After an independent review of the record, including objections, this Court concludes that the Magistrate Judge's report and recommendation (Doc. 79) is correct and adopts the findings and conclusions therein as its own. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that, consistent with the report and recommendation, Defendant's Motion to Suppress (Rec. Doc. 27) is denied.
