In light of the adjournment of the sentencing proceeding in the above-captioned case to October 22, 2020, at 2:00 p.m., and in order to facilitate the Probation Officer's completion of the final presentence report by October 1, 2020, the parties shall make their submissions on the following schedule:
1. The Government's letter regarding its intention to make a motion pursuant to Section 5K1.1 of the United States Sentencing Guidelines, if any, must be provided to the Probation Office, defense counsel, and the Court by September 24, 2020;
2. Defendant's sentencing submission must be served and submitted to the Court by October 8, 2020;
3. The Government's sentencing submission, if any, must be served and submitted to the Court by October 15, 2020; and
4. Any reply submission must be served and submitted to the Court by October 19, 2020.
The parties' submissions shall comply with the Court's Sentencing Submission Procedures, which are available on the Court's website.
