JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL

HON. GONZALO P. CURIEL UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

IT APPEARING that the defendant is now entitled to be discharged for the reason

__ Remand U.S. Court of Appeals, Previously Imposed Sentence is Hereby Set Aside and Vacated, and
