UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Plaintiff, v. LASHAWNDA ROBISON, Defendant.

District Judge Thomas M. Rose

ORDER

The Defendant was transported to the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC), New York, New York, on April 2, 2013, to undergo a mental health evaluation. The Director of the facility has requested an additional fifteen (15) day extension in order to conduct further observation and evaluation of the defendant.

Counsel for the government, Michael Sullivan, and counsel for the defendant, Cheryll Bennett, have stated to the Court that they would not have any objection to the extension of the evaluation period.

Therefore, good cause has been shown, that additional time is necessary to observe and evaluate the defendant. It is, therefore, ORDERED the evaluation period be extended an additional fifteen (15) days. The evaluation period will conclude on May 31, 2013.

DONE and ORDERED in Dayton, Ohio, this 17th day of April, 2013.
