DECISION AND ENTRY JOURNALIZING IN-COURT PROCEEDINGS OF

FEBRUARY 20, 2014; RIGHT OF APPEAL EXPLAINED AND

UNDERSTOOD; TERMINATION ENTRY

On February 20, 2014, the Defendant, having previously been found in violation of her probation which began June 10, 2010, appeared in open Court on February 20, 2014, for final disposition. Pursuant to the record made on the aforesaid February 20, 2014, the Court continued the Defendant on probation subject to her making a minimum payment of $25.00 per month toward restitution and to report and file monthly reports each month as requested by the Probation Officer.

Following the above proceeding, the Defendant was orally advised of her right of appeal, and she indicated an understanding of same.

The captioned cause is ordered terminated upon the docket records of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division, at Dayton.
