IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant's motion for credit for time served [Doc. No. 138], construed as a motion for relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 is DENIED AND DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
