JUDGE ALGENON L. MARBLEY
OPINION & ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Defendant Gabriella Kuppich's Motion for return of passport (Doc. 21). Defendant's passport was taken during the pendency of her criminal case; she now asks for its return. The United States does not oppose this Motion.
Defendant pleaded guilty on December 17, 2007, to one count of "theft of money of the United States," in the amount of $240,000, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 641. (Doc. 2). She was sentenced on August 11, 2008, to four months in prison, two years of supervised release, 416 hours of community service, a $5,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment. (Doc. 17). Defendant paid her monetary penalties by November 21, 2008 (Doc. 20), and her four months of incarceration have been served.
Defendant has satisfied the judgment against her. The Court identifies no good cause to withhold her passport. Defendant's Motion (Doc. 21) is hereby GRANTED.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
