DECISION AND ORDER

This case came on for trial to the Court on Wednesday, August 22, 2013. Upon the evidence adduced and upon the Court's view of the scene with the consent of both parties, the Court finds the Defendant guilty of speeding, in violation of Ohio Revised Code § 4511.21, as assimilated into federal law by 18 U.S.C. § 13.

Defendant has the right to address the Court before a sentence is imposed and the right to appeal to a District Judge. Alternatively, if she wishes to avoid the inconvenience of another court appearance, she may accept the Court's proposed sanction of a fine of $30.00 plus a $5.00 special assessment for the victims of crime fund and satisfy that fine by writing a check in the amount of $35.00, payable to the Clerk of Courts, and sending it to Room 712, 200 West Second Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402 with a notation of the above case number on the check.
