ORDER AMENDING WRITTEN

ORDER SETTING CONDITIONS OF

RELEASE

As defendant has been released to BSSW, upon recommendation by Pretrial Services and because this is an Adam Walsh Act case;

IT IS ORDERED amending defendant's release conditions to add the requirement that defendant participate in a residential confinement program component, as instructed by the Pretrial Services Officer, and abide by all the requirements of the program which will include electronic monitoring or other location verification system. Defendant shall pay all or part of the cost of the program based upon defendant's ability to pay as determined by the Pretrial Services Officer. The nature of the location monitoring technology is at the discretion of the Pretrial Services Officer.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant shall have no contact with minors unless supervised by a responsible adult, age 21 years or older, and consented to by the Pretrial Services Officer.
