DECISION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT LIMITED DRIVING PRIVILIGES

PURSUANT TO OHIO REVISED CODE § 4510.10(B)

This case is before the Court on Defendant's Motion for limited driving privileges, filed September 20, 2012. The Court, having been notified that the Defendant is now eligible to receive her driver's license once her reinstatement fees have been paid in full, finds Defendant's Motion to be well taken and SUSTAINS same.

The Court hereby GRANTS the Defendant permission to drive as needed for occupational and family necessity purposes, Sunday through Saturday, between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
