NOTICE OF DISMISSAL

HON. ALEX G. TSE, United States Magistrate Judge

With leave of the Court, and pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 48(a), the United States Attorney for the Northern District of California dismisses the above Information against Amy A. HAMPTON based on a Presidential Pardon issued on December 22, 2023, for anyone convicted or subject to prosecution for simple possession and/or use of marijuana. The United States Attorney also moves that the Court quash the arrest warrant issued in connection with the Information in this case against Amy A. HAMPTON.

For Good Cause Shown, It is Hereby Ordered that leave is granted to the government to dismiss the Information against Amy A. HAMPTON. It is further ordered that the arrest warrant issued in connection with the Information in this case shall be quashed and withdrawn from law enforcement databases.
