DECISION AND ENTRY FINDING DEFENDANT AGAIN IN VIOLATION OF SUPERVISED RELEASE; FINAL DISPOSITION DATE SET; RIGHT OF APPEAL EXPLAINED AND UNDERSTOOD

On June 23, 2014, the Defendant, having previously been found in violation of his supervised release which began on October 10, 2012, appeared in open Court and admitted to a seventh allegation, said allegation appearing for the first time in the Third Amended Petition directing Defendant to show cause why his supervised release should not be revoked. He was once again found in violation of supervision.

Pursuant to the record made in open Court on the aforesaid June 23, 2014, final disposition is set for August 26, 2014 at 4:30 p.m.

Following the above, the Defendant was orally explained his right of appeal, and he indicated an understanding of same.
