UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, v. CALILIN GRANT, Defendant.

DECISION AND ORDER

This § 2255 case is before the Court on the Withdrawal of Jon Paul Rion as counsel for the Defendant, presumably in response to the Court's Order denying Grant leave to file an amended motion to vacate pro se as long as Mr. Rion was representing him.

Now that Grant is pro se, he may file his amended motion to vacate. The deadline for doing so is October 15, 2013. The Order to the United States to answer the Motion to Vacate (Doc. No. 195) is VACATED pending the Court's consideration of any amended motion to vacate which Grant may file.
