UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, v. RICHARD FORRESTER, a/k/a "Steven," Defendant.

ORDER

VICTOR MARRERO, U.S.D.J.

Counsel for the Government, with the consent of counsel for Defendant (see Attached Letter), requests that the December 3, 2021 initial pretrial conference be rescheduled. The initial pretrial conference in this action shall be set for December 17, 2021 at 1:30 PM.

All parties to this action consent to an exclusion of time from the Speedy Trial Act until December 17, 2021.

It is hereby ordered that time until December 17, 2021 shall be excluded from speedy trial calculations. This exclusion is designed to guarantee effectiveness of counsel and prevent any possible miscarriage of justice. SO ORDERED.
