OPINION AND ORDER
On August 20, 2014, this matter came on for a telephone status conference. As a result of discussions held during that conference and by agreement of the parties, the Court ORDERS:
(1) Plaintiff shall file a memorandum in opposition to the pending motion for reconsideration on or before September 17, 2014.
(2) Defendant I.S.M.B.A., Inc. shall file a reply memorandum on or before September 26, 2014.
(3) The Court sets a September 29, 2014 non-oral hearing on the motion for reconsideration.
(4) This Court VACATES the September 22, 2014 trial date. The Court will schedule a new trial date, if necessary, following disposition of the motion for reconsideration.
