UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Plaintiffs v. BRIAN CURRY Defendant

ENTRY AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR MODIFICATION OF BOND CONDITIONS (DOC. #16)

This matter comes before the Court pursuant to Defendant's Motion for Modification of Bond Conditions (Doc. #16).

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3145 (b) Defendant has filed said Motion requesting release pending his sentencing.

Upon review, this Court cannot find by clear and convincing evidence that Defendant is not likely to flee or pose a danger to the safety of any other person or the community if released. This determination is made based upon Defendant's lengthy criminal record, including weapon and drug offenses.

This Court based upon all factors finds there is no condition or combination of conditions that would reasonably assure the appearance of the Defendant and secure the safety of any other person and the community.

Defendant's Motion for Modification of Bond Conditions (Doc. #16) is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
