JUDGE WALTER H. RICE

RELEASE, BUT DEFERRING A DECISION AS TO FINAL DISPOSITION;
FINAL HEARING ON SUPERVISED RELEASE VIOLATION SET FOR
JANUARY 13, 2014, AT 2:00 P.M.; INTERIM STEPS OUTLINED
On November 27, 2013, the Defendant, having previously been found in violation of his supervised release that began September 28, 2011, appeared in open Court for interim disposition.
Pursuant to the record made on the aforesaid November 27, 2013, the Court deferred decision on final resolution of the supervised release violation, opting instead to set a final disposition date for January 13, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., upon the specific conditions that Defendant comply with any and all other requirements of supervised release, presently undischarged, and, further, that he abide by all five provisions of the attached Supervision Plan approved by this Court on November 27, 2013, and agreed to by the Defendant and signed by him in open Court.
