REMOVAL AND COMMITMENT ORDER

This case came on to be heard pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 5(c)(3). Defendant herein was arrested in this District upon an Arrest Warrant issued on an Indictment from the Northern District of Illinois, Western Division, in Case No. 3:11-CR-50052. Defendant appeared in open Court on March 20, 2013, and on advice of his counsel, Mr. F. Arthur Mullins, Assistant Federal Defender, Defendant waived proof that he is the person named in the Indictment and waived his right to an Identity Hearing. The Court finds the waiver, knowing, intelligent and voluntary. Defendant requested that a detention hearing be held in the Northern District of Illinois.

IT IS ORDERED THAT THE DEFENDANT BE REMOVED TO THE United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Western Division, where the charges are pending against him, for any other proceedings, as ordered by that court.
