ORDER

WHEREAS on July 21, 2021, the parties appeared for a change-of-plea hearing;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's change-of-plea hearing is ADJOURNED to August 5, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., in Courtroom 443, Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, NY 10007.
