ENTRY AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on pro se Defendant's Motion for Reduction of Sentencing pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) (doc. 34) filed December 10, 2014.

The Defendant is hereby notified that pursuant to Southern District of Ohio General Order 14-04 ("General Order 14-04"), the Federal Public Defender's Office is appointed to represent the Defendant on such matters related to his motion (doc. 34).

Further, the Defendant's aforementioned motion shall be provided to the Federal Public Defender's Office and this matter shall proceed in accordance with General Order 14-04.
