RENEWAL WITHIN THREE YEARS OF JULY 10, 2013; RIGHT OF APPEAL

EXPLAINED AND UNDERSTOOD; TERMINATION ENTRY

Pursuant to the record made on July 10, 2013, the captioned supervised release violation proceedings are dismissed, without prejudice to renewal within three years from July 10, 2013.

Following the above, the Defendant was orally explained his right of appeal, and he indicated an understanding of same.

The captioned causes are ordered terminated upon the docket records of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division, at Dayton.
