DECISION AND ENTRY SUSTAINING GOVERNMENT'S MOTION FOR A PRELIMINARY ORDER OF FORFEITURE OF DEFENDANT ANTHONY BALTIMORE'S ASSETS (DOC. #286); REQUEST OF COURT TO GOVERNMENT'S COUNSEL

Pursuant to the reasoning, citations of authority and citations to the record of the trial of the merits of the captioned cause, as well as pursuant to the transcript of relevant portions of the trial transcript, this Court finds the Government's Motion for Preliminary Order of Forfeiture of Defendant Anthony Baltimore's assets (Doc. #286) to be well taken and same is, therefore, sustained in its entirety.

This Preliminary Order of Forfeiture covers the following Subject Property, to wit:
