STIPULATION TO CONTINUE
SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE AND
ORDER THEREON
Claimant Tim Tran, Karen Chhan, and Wilson Mobil, Inc. and plaintiff United States of America, by and through their undersigned attorneys, hereby stipulate as follows:
1. This stipulation is executed by all parties who have appeared in and are affected by this action.
2. The parties are requesting an extension of the settlement conference set out in the Scheduling Order issued by the Court on August 2, 2012, due to the press of business. Since the time of the initial scheduling conference, counsel has preliminarily engaged in discovery. The parties have not yet resolved this matter however, settlement has yet to be discussed.
3. The parties stipulate to continue a formal settlement conference to May 15, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., before Honorable Magistrate Judge Thurston.
