ALTERNATIVE, ADVISE THE COURT THAT IT DOES NOT WISH TO
PROCEED WITH THIS LITIGATION
The Government having declined to intervene in this action, pursuant to the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. ¶ 3730(b)(4), this Court orders the captioned cause reactivated upon the docket records of this Court. Moreover, it is the order of this Court that the Relators/Plaintiffs, Alan Moore and Teresa Berkshire, either accomplish service upon the Defendants, within 60 days from date, or, in the alternative, advise this Court that they do not wish to prosecute this litigation any further.
