Upon consideration of the responses to the order to show cause, this appeal is dismissed without prejudice to the filing of a notice of appeal from a final, appealable order. See Shupack v. Allstate Ins. Co., 356 So.2d 1298 (Fla. 3d DCA 1978) (order which merely grants motion for summary judgment is not a final, appealable order).
