CONTRACTS, § 581evidence showing advertiser's nonliability to one of defendant advertising agencies. In action by producer and distributor of commercial advertising by films in motion pictures for balance due for services rendered, held that evidence showed that, with knowledge of plaintiff, defendant advertiser gave contract for advertising to its codefendant advertising agency; that plaintiff's right of action was against latter and not against defendant advertiser, and that defendant advertiser was not liable to plaintiff on contract involved.
