That portion of the judgment denying Bead Portfolio, LLC, its appellate attorney's fees and costs on appeal is reversed, and the case is remanded to the Superior Court for any assessment of fees and costs as provided in the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. The judgment is otherwise affirmed.
