Decisions Pursuant To Rule 1:28.

The judgment on the G.L. c. 93A claim is vacated, and a new judgment shall enter on this count awarding Unger twenty-five dollars. The case is remanded for a determination of Unger's reasonable attorney's fees in accordance with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. The remainder of the judgment is affirmed.
