In a related appeal (A157607), we dismiss an appeal by defendant Renka Prop LLC of an order confirming the sale of real property by a court-appointed receiver on the ground that the completion of the sale and transfer of the property by grant deed to a third-party rendered the appeal moot. In the present appeal, Renka appeals orders denying its motion to declare void the orders appointing the receiver and authorizing the receiver to sell the property and denying its motion to vacate a writ of possession that permitted eviction of the tenants. Plaintiff Umpqua Bank has moved to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the sale of the property to a third party has rendered this appeal moot as well. For the reasons discussed in the opinion filed in the related case, we also dismiss the present appeal.
