ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge.

On September 28, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report. Based upon the report, the Court understands that the parties need time to make additional progress in the case. Accordingly, the Court will afford the parties another opportunity to advance this case.

However, the Court expects the parties to work cooperatively and expeditiously. If the parties do not effectively advance this case or are not communicating consistently, the Court intends to set the case for trial in early 2024. Upon due consideration of respondent's Status Report, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 4, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case.
