U.I.P. Corporation v. Kranich

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Aug 8, 1973
281 So. 2d 50 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1973)

Opinion

No. 72-541.

August 8, 1973.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Pinellas County; Charles R. Holley, Judge.

Adrian S. Bacon, of Bacon Hanley, St. Petersburg, for appellant.

Thomas A. Smith, Tampa, for appellee.

At first blush this case gave us considerable pause, not the least cause for which was the excellence of the brief and oral argument of appellant's counsel. Upon careful consideration, however, we are persuaded that the trial judge committed no demonstrable reversible error. Accordingly, the judgment appealed from should be, and it is hereby, affirmed.

LILES and McNULTY, JJ., concur.

MANN, C.J., concurs in the result.
