DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

So much of the order of contempt dated October 1, 2007, as set the amount of the wife's award of reasonable attorney's fees for her contempt action at $20,000 is vacated and remanded for a computation based upon appropriate findings and reasoning. The orders of contempt dated October 1, 2007, and October 18, 2007, are otherwise affirmed. The judgment of dismissal of the husband's modification complaint is affirmed. The order awarding the wife attorney's fees in connection with her defense of the modification action is affirmed.
