MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Texas Department of Public Safety filed this restricted appeal from the trial court's order granting Candido Godinez's petition for expunction of criminal records relating to his arrest for indecency with a child. Godinez agrees the Department has met all the requirements for a restricted appeal and is entitled to relief. Accordingly, we reverse the trial court's order of expunction and in the interest of justice remand the cause to the trial court for further proceedings. See Tex.R.App.P. 43.3 (b); Holt Atherton Indus., Inc. v. Heine, 835 S.W.2d 80, 86 (Tex. 1992).
