The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to vacate its order denying mandate and to issue an order directing the superior court to show cause why the relief sought in the petition should not be granted.

The request for a stay is denied without prejudice to petitioner requesting a stay in the Court of Appeal or Superior Court.
