ESTATE OF William A. TURNER, Sr., Penny Frans, Administrator, Appellant, v. Brian E. TURNER, Respondent.

Diane K. Hook, St. Joseph, for Appellant. Michael G. King, Platte City, for Respondent.

Diane K. Hook, St. Joseph, for Appellant.

Michael G. King, Platte City, for Respondent.

Before Division One: W. Douglas Thomson, P.J., and Alok Ahuja and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

The Estate of William A. Turner ("the Estate") filed a petition in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County against Brian E. Turner for unlawful detainer of three properties. Following a bench trial, the circuit court entered judgment for Turner. The Estate appeals. It argues that the judgment was erroneous because the Estate proved the elements of an unlawful detainer claim through uncontroverted evidence. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
