Pursuant to a teleconference with the parties on April 26, 2023, it is, ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during a remote 1-day Special Trial Session, scheduled to commence at 12:00 p.m. (PT) (3:00 p.m. (ET)), on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Seattle, Washington shall be listed as the place of trial for this remote Special Session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further
