An appeal having been taken from the order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 23, 2015, And petitioner having moved to reinstate a stay of a holdover proceeding pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the interim relief granted by an order of a Justice of this Court, dated October 20, 2016, is hereby continued.
