ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge

These consolidated cases were called and recalled from the calendar, on October 11, 2022, at the remote trial session of the Court for cases in which Salt Lake City, Utah, was the designated place of trial. Both parties appeared and were heard.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that these consolidated cases are continued. It is further

ORDERED that these consolidated cases are calendared for remote trial at the stand-alone remote session of the Court scheduled to commence October 31, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that the standing pretrial order issued June 10, 2022, remains in effect. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 24, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of these consolidated cases. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.

This order constitutes official notice to the parties.
