This case was stricken from the Court's May 8, 2023, Dallas, Texas trial session and continued, jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On March 14, 2024, the parties filed a joint Status Report requesting additional time to file further reports. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before September 30, 2024, the parties shall file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case. If the parties believe this case is for trial they should propose mutually agreeable ranges of dates for trial and pretrial deadlines.
