Action for a declaratory judgment to determine the constitutionality of Practice Book 504 through 510, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Corrigan, J., granted the defendants' motion to dismiss the first Count of the complaint, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Appeal dismissed.

Stanley V. Tucker, pro se, the appellant (plaintiff).

Paul D. Buhl, with whom were I. Milton Widem and, on the brief, Charles F. Corcoran III and Robert E. Pace, for the appellees (named defendant et al.).


This case must be dismissed because of a lack of a final judgment for purposes of appeal. See Practice Book 4002(d) and (e).
